ITI (Institute of Translation and Interpreting), of which I am an Associate Member (AITI), requires me to store copies of all the translations which I carry out in the event of a liability claim. Copies of your documents and the relevant translations are stored safely and are password-protected.

I take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information: a) to provide the translation services you have requested from me, and b) to carry out the necessary accounting and administrative activities related to my work. I do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law (such as within the scope of inquiries by law enforcement, competent authorities or tax authorities).

I am committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures.
